Shipping & Returns Policies

Return Policy

 

Absolutely no returns or exchanges on ALL Northwest Toys LLC parts, kits, and products except in the case of a defective product.


Defective products:

If you receive a defective product, it is only eligible for an equal exchange and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. You must notify us via email within 7 days of receipt of your items.


If you believe a product you purchased is defective, please email devin@wolfesfab.com with:

  • Images of the defect
  • An explanation, if applicable
  • Your invoice number
  • Your phone number


If your case is approved, Wolfe’s Fabrications LLC will coordinate with you to complete the exchange via email or phone.


Non-Custom Orders

Cancelled orders that have not shipped will be subject to a 20% cancellation/ restocking fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.


Shipping Policy


Once you submit an order with us, we will provide:

  • A shipping cost estimate
  • An expected delivery window


We will ONLY ship to a state of Hawaii address. PO boxes are accepted.


Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT or DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT of your shipment, and the shipping type you choose (ground, air, or overnight). In some cases, ground shipping will be the only option. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must be shipped at a later date, or if your order includes a custom item that must be shipped separately, we will assess shipping and handling charges for the ENTIRE ORDER. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling for the entire order.


Damages

We insure all shipments that we ship to you. Damaged or lost goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Title of merchandise passes to customer upon receipt of delivery. Damage due to shipping and handling must be reported to carrier within 2 days of delivery.
